PRIVACY POLICY FOR FACE DUCK GAMES

Face Duck Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Face Duck Games mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App may collect limited information directly or through third-party service providers.
Camera, microphone, and photo library access
Face Duck Games may request access to:
  • Your camera, to display and record gameplay using your front-facing camera;
  • Your microphone, to record audio together with gameplay;
  • Your photo library, to save or export recordings created in the App.
Face and head movement detection used for gameplay controls is processed locally on your device. We do not upload face-tracking data, head movement data, camera frames, microphone recordings, or gameplay videos to our servers unless you separately choose to export or share a recording using your device’s sharing features.
Gameplay and app usage data
We may collect information about how the App is used, including:
  • App launches and sessions;
  • Gameplay events;
  • Selected games and settings;
  • Button taps and screen interactions;
  • Game scores and progress;
  • Ad impressions, ad clicks, and ad interaction events;
  • Subscription and purchase events;
  • Technical information about app performance.
This information is used to understand how the App performs, improve gameplay, fix bugs, measure advertising performance, and improve the user experience.
Device identifiers and technical information
Our third-party service providers may collect device-level and technical information, including:
  • Device identifiers, such as advertising identifiers or device identifiers;
  • IP address;
  • Operating system and device model;
  • App version;
  • Language and country or region;
  • Crash reports;
  • Performance and diagnostic information.
Purchase and subscription information
If you purchase a subscription or other in-app product, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number or payment credentials.
We may receive limited purchase-related information, such as:
  • Subscription status;
  • Purchase or renewal status;
  • Transaction identifiers;
  • Entitlement status;
  • Product purchased;
  • Refund or cancellation status.
  1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use collected information to:
  • Provide and operate the App;
  • Enable subscriptions, purchases, and restore purchases;
  • Measure app usage and improve gameplay;
  • Diagnose crashes, bugs, and performance issues;
  • Display and measure advertising;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or technical misuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  1. ADVERTISING
The App may display third-party advertising through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, advertising interaction data, and other technical information to provide, measure, limit, or personalize ads where permitted by law and your device settings.
Where required, we may request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking for personalized advertising or advertising measurement.
You can change advertising and tracking permissions at any time in your device settings.
  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses third-party service providers that may process certain information on our behalf.
Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
We use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to display and measure advertising. Google may process device identifiers, advertising data, IP address, app interaction data, crash logs, and performance data in connection with advertising services.
Apphud
We use Apphud to manage subscriptions, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and subscription analytics. Apphud may assign an anonymous user identifier to help associate purchase and subscription status with the App installation.
Yandex AppMetrica
We use Yandex AppMetrica for app analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and performance measurement. AppMetrica may collect app usage statistics, device information, technical data, and crash reports.
Meta / Facebook SDK
We may use Meta technologies, including the Meta/Facebook SDK, to measure app installs, campaign performance, and app events. Meta may process device and app interaction data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
These third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies and may be located outside your country of residence.
  1. TRACKING AND PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING
Some third-party services used in the App may use device identifiers or advertising identifiers for advertising measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, or personalized advertising.
Where tracking requires permission, we will request it through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You may deny or later change tracking permission through:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
If you deny permission, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
  1. DATA PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE
Certain features of Face Duck Games process information locally on your device.
This may include:
  • Camera preview;
  • Recorded gameplay footage before you save or share it;
  • Microphone input;
  • Face or head movement used for gameplay controls;
  • Local game progress and settings.
This information is processed locally and is not uploaded to our servers unless you independently choose to save, export, or share a recording.
  1. SHARING INFORMATION
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the App, including:
  • Apphud, for subscriptions and purchase management;
  • Yandex AppMetrica, for analytics and diagnostics;
  • Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, for advertising and ad measurement;
  • Meta / Facebook, for campaign attribution and analytics.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or others.
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
  1. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the App, maintaining subscription records, analyzing performance, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.
Anonymous or aggregated analytics information may be retained longer where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Face Duck Games is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at alexey.bystritsky@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
  1. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
  • Request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of certain information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Manage advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings.
